DHL respect workers rights, stop union sacking in Turkey

“Every worker wants to be in the union and wants management to allow a union. So this picket line supports other workers as without us there would be more sackings. By staying here and fighting we can still have some relationship with DHL and make them afraid.”

This is just one of many stories from those TÜMTİS members dismissed from DHL Turkey for organising. The ITF and UNI Global Union visited the picket lines this week to hear from  the dismissed workers first hand and to show unrelenting commitment to their union TÜMTİS in their organising campaign.
Thousands of messages of protest from across the globe have flooded in, demanding union rights in Turkey. But the anti-union campaign by DHL Turkey continues.
